Fresher – Football Coach:

Job Description:

  1. The ideal candidate should be passionate about football and football coaching. Enthusiastic, reliable and highly motivated. Knowledge of the Game (LOTG).

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting the Coaches
  2. Planning Coaching sessions provided by Head Coach
  3. Train the Grass roots kids U8, U10 , U12 and U14 age categories
  4. Giving feedback to Kids through presentations and Video Analysis for improvement on Individual and team game.
  5. Attending the Association meetings, Team meetings etc

Experienced – Football Coach:

Job Description:

  1. Passion for football and in-depth knowledge of game, Degree in Physical Education or Sports Science , Mimimum 3-5 yrs of Coaching Experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Training the Coaches on regular an advance training methods
  2. Planning the sessions, Match Analysis Feedback, practice and match feedback to players
  3. Coach Youth Athletes U17 and U21
  4. Provide motivation and Advice during game play
  5. Developing Game plan
  6. Attending Association meetings and organizing team meetings
  7. Report the Incidents/accidents during the sessions.

Sports Management – Intern:

Job Description:

  1. The ideal candidate Should be motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts.
  2. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsibly & respectfully, work & collaborate with our current marketing/ media team.
  2. Assist in regulating social media engagement & collaborate on new ideas for the organization.
  3. Capture, Organize, & Design videos and photos of various Traction Sports Programs.
  4. Work with and & learn from our partners in regard to marketing as well as social media content.
  5. Collaborate on new ideas for community engagement and out reach in the Greater Baton Rouge Area.
  6. Attend all assigned performance sessions, complex events, and meetings allocated by the current staff.
  7. Be courteous to the athletes, staff & members of the Traction Sports Performance family.
  8. Work with our sports marketing team to manage and update our website as well as bring ideas to the table to drive traffic & engagement numbers in a positive manners.

Social Media – Intern:

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for planning social media calender, Creating Social media posts and assist the social media activities thru campaign, Must have knowledge of various platforms : Facebook, youtube, linkedin, Instagram, pinterest and twitter.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the social media calender.
  2. Brainstorm campaigning ideas.
  3. Post on various social media platforms facbook, linkedin, Instagram, pinterest and twitter.
  4. Analyze Analytics to gauge the success of Campaigns.

Volunteer:

Job Description:

  1. Should be leader and role model for grassroots kids. Supervising , teaching kids.

Responsibilities:

  1. Min 1-2yrs of Teaching, Supervising kids in U10 and U14 age categories.
  2. Plan and supervise game play.
  3. Coordinate with Parents.
  4. Teach fundamentals of the Sport.
  5. Schedule and Conduct Parents, Teachers and Coaches Meetings.
  6. Provide fun and safe environment for the children.
  7. Attend Association, team and media meetings.
  8. Help the Coaches and Technical director in decision making.

Content Writer:

Job Description:

  1. Dedicated and ambitious to create print and digital content for companies that provides information or showcases the products or services they offer.
  2. To develop content that accurately reflects company ideals, content writers often research the material they need to write each article or product description.
  3. They collaborate closely with a content manager and clients to write according to a company's editorial style.

Responsibilities:

  1. Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print.
  2. Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
  3. Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
  4. Communicate and cooperate with a writing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers.
  5. Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  6. Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
